1. Content and terms of use

Gulf Ideas FZ LLC through its web portal ER.ae offers website users a free of charge, online UAE hotel reservation system. Users can search for hotels, make bookings and receive confirmations directly through the portal. ER.ae merely acts as an intermediate between hotels and site users and all information on the site is provided for directly by the hotels. This information includes room descriptions, facilities, location, pricing, availability etc and all users are advised to check individual information thoroughly before transacting with the hotel. While every effort is made to guarantee the accuracy of the website content, ER.ae will not be held responsible for any misinformation or errors.

2. Pricing

ER.ae maintains and invests in relationships with featured properties to bring to the users the most attractive rates possible. Users are advised to read all relevant information about what is and isn’t included in the price quoted by an individual property.

3. Privacy

Information collected by ER.ae or any of its partners will not be sold to third parties. We maintain a high level of security and are strictly committed to ethical standards of operations at all times.

4. Payment security

Every effort will be made on the part of ER.ae to secure all credit card information collected on the website. ER.ae will not be charging a users credit card directly. Card information is passed onto the hotels in order to secure and guarantee a booking. Industry standard "Secure Socket Layer (SSL)" technology is used to encrypt all credit card details.

In the rare case that a user’s credit card information is misused, then ER.ae cannot not be held responsible for any loss or liability.

5. Booking cancellation and no-shows

Each hotel featured on ER.ae has its own policies with regards to cancellations and no shows. ER.ae strongly recommends that every user reads and understands these terms and conditions prior to making a booking. Any cancellation charges will be carried out directly by the hotel.

All material on ER.ae is copyrighted to Gulf Ideas FZ LLC unless otherwise stated.
